On behalf of the organizing committee of the annual speech contest for all the undergraduates of this year, I have the honor to invite you to our final competition on Wednesday, January 16th at 7:00 p.m. In the oval Auditorium of our university.
You are sincerely invited to attend the contest as our honored guest and judge each of the eight participants from accuracy and fluency. Would you like to make a five-minute speech to give our students encouragement and suggestions toward the end?
We look forward to a reply at your earliest convenience and we would be particularly honored by your distinguished presence at the ceremony.
